Handling company’s staff providing customer service shall a neat apperance, i.e. neat hairdo, clean uniform and polished shoes, and wear nametag on desk and necessary badges required only for passenger service.
Customers shall be greeted with a friendly smile and with eye contact
Check-in agents shall sit with back straightened and be sure to use both hands, when delivering items to customer
All staff shall express politeness in appropriate words and friendly gesturs, and refrain from unnecessary chatting among agents at check-in counters
