Be attired neatly in the uniform with identification (name clearly visible)
Carry out their responsibilities, be familiar with and adopt Ethiopian and star alliance products, procedures and service
Be proficient in english and have a working knowladge of local language (for customer service and crew contact duties)
Anticipate passengers needs/ questions or explore option if passengers preference cannot be acceded to
Establish friendly eye contact
Use appropriate choice of words in a warm tone of voice
Stand up and smile while passengers aproach
Acknowladge passangers by proper salutation and name at least once during interaction
Stand up when bidding customers farewell and using words that express gratitude for patronage. (e.g thank you and have a pleasent flight)
